A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Samantha!
I am an entrepreneur, investor, and wealth strategist focused on helping others achieve financial freedom. I am a co-founder of Pacific Capital LLC, and have also scaled and exited a multi-million-dollar business, raised millions in capital, and guided others to wealth-building opportunities through strategic investments.
Starting with just a credit card and an idea, I built an ATM business into a top national distributor with over 8,000 machines before executing a successful 8 figure exit. I took the scaling lessons learned int the ATM industry and applied them to my own wealth strategies. Today, I help others invest in high-performing real estate assets, including multifamily properties, triple-net leases, and private lending, creating wealth without the hassle of daily management.
As a woman of deep faith and spirituality, I believe true wealth is about time, purpose, and legacy. My practical nature and get it done attitude, combined with faith guides me in making decisions with integrity and wisdom, while mentoring others to achieve financial independence. I am passionate about empowering investors to build generational wealth, and use my expertise and network to connect them with exclusive, high-yield opportunities, always staying grounded in faith and purpose.
My passion is serving high achieving women by providing life and wealth strategies using practical advice for exceptional results. My hidden specialty is serving spouses who work together and are seeking thriving personal and professional fulfillment. I live in Scottsdale, AZ with my husband of 29 years, where I passionately advocate for women's empowerment and directs my philanthropic efforts toward community and faith-based causes.
