BUSINESS CONSULTING

When the decision is too important to make alone.

There comes a point in business when the decisions get bigger, but the answers don't necessarily get easier.

Should you hire? Restructure? Raise capital? Buy another business? Bring in a partner? Prepare for an exit? Or do absolutely nothing for six months and see what happens?

I know what it feels like when the decision has real money, employees, partners, family, reputation, and your future attached to it. When you're the owner, it's hard to get enough distance from the business to see what's really happening.

I've been on your side of the table.

I've made decisions with employees depending on me, money on the line, and no guarantee I was getting it right.

I've built, operated, restructured, raised capital, and ultimately exited a business.

So when we sit down together, I'm not looking at your decision from a textbook.

I'm looking at it through the lens of someone who's had to make decisions that mattered.

What if the problem isn't the problem?

What if the opportunity is somewhere you haven't been looking?

What are you assuming is true?

What would you see if you stepped far enough back to look at the whole picture?

And what becomes possible when you stop trying to find the right answer and start asking the right question?

You don't need someone to make the decision for you.

You need someone experienced enough to sit beside you, challenge your thinking, see what you may be missing, and help you get clear.

Then you make the decision.

And when you make it, you know why.

Less noise. Better questions. Clearer decisions.
